The studio's main language. Staff and members each see the app in their browser's language and can switch it anytime from the globe menu.

Legal & privacy
Shown to members in the portal. Members can download their data and manage marketing consent there; deletion requests go to the privacy contact.

Take a deposit before a sale and apply it to the order later.

Switching a module off only hides it. Its records are kept and come back when you switch it on again.
Payments — Stripe
…Stripe is not configured on this server (STRIPE_SECRET_KEY). Subscriptions, checkout and refunds cannot process real payments until it is connected.

Notification preferences are saved together with brand settings.
Check-in rules
Members can only check in within the window before class starts. Check-ins after the late threshold are flagged as late; bookings still unchecked after class ends (+ grace) are marked no-show by the sweep.
API & webhooks
Use the API to sync with accounting (Xero, QuickBooks), access control, or your own apps. Full docs ship with the public beta.
