How members earn
1 point per $1.00 paid on an order — credited automatically after payment.
How members redeem
100 points = $1.00 off at checkout. Staff can also adjust balances manually from the member page.
Referral bonus
When a referred friend places their first paid order, the referrer earns +200 points automatically.
Staff point adjustments need the finance permission and are written to the audit log.
